China’s Triangular Trade… and What China’s Bilateral Trade tell us

As a result, China typically runs surpluses with the United States and Europe, and deficits with commodity exporters and the Asian electronics manufactures (Japan, Taiwan, Korea, etc).

The Red-Med project, along with the Haifa port, the Tel Aviv light rail, and many other investment opportunities don’t just benefit China.

Israel has placed its bets on China, opening its arms to investment projects and economic interdependence with the world’s fastest growing major economy. In just one 2017 visit to China, Netanyahu signed 10 bilateral trade agreements with the Chinese government. Moreover, in May of 2019, China hosted over 100 Israeli startups and thousands of Chinese investors at a business event in the Shandong Province.

Yet in Beijing, growing economic ties haven’t fostered much Israel-friendly political change.

Beijing is also expanding defense relations with Iran, Israel’s number one enemy. Meanwhile, Israel’s defense ties and arms sales to India, a rival to China, complicate the situation. Furthermore, China steadfastly votes against Israel in UN decisions, and refuses to permit Chinese workers to work in West Bank settlements.

And for global trade to balance, the United States and the EU consequently need to run surpluses both with the commodity exporters and the rest of the Asia. Of course, trade doesn’t balance—largely because the United States runs deficits with electronics giants (two of whom are also auto export powerhouses) and because, well, the United States just isn’t exporting that much, other than refined petrol, after the dollar appreciated in 2014

Commodity prices fell, and China’s balance with the commodity exporters swung—briefly—into surplus. And more recently commodity prices have increased, and China has moved back into a deficit with the commodity exporters.

In Sylodium’s system as in a chain link game, bilateral trade is transferred to triangular trade and from this to circuits business that are interwoven with other circuits generating new business opportunities

You can create your own circuit, or route inside Sylodium’s system as China – Africa AI CYBERNETICS, SHENZHEN – Singapore - SADC Shipping Business, SHANGHAI – Dubai - IGAD trade routes, Ningbo –Nairobi – Cape Town - West Africa Shipping global, China South – Middle West - Kenya Shipping 4.0, China – India - IGAD coordinated routes 4.0

communication is a struggle for reciprocal recognition

the experience is nourished by the references that nourish power relations with others and with things

a third sees as dialogue, that inner monologue that brings the other between their conscience and the object of their conscience

Simultaneity is only possible as latency of the simultaneous

Flowing requires simultaneous.

by separating things, we continue to analyze them by comparison, by relative weight.

The comparisons have no end, so you have to adjust them, narrow them down, so that they really weigh.

The relationships between things are other things.

that communication, that fight, that dialectic is a language game that accounts for an entire era

that communication is part of the biographies that are part of pieces of history

history, state, customs, weigh in such a way on each individual, that only one escapes alone and in silence (public)

A fact, a fact, can ignite many other lights, or not, no other outside of itself.

The more elastic and advanced a society is, the better it picks up and redistributes the psychological waves, the more rigid and childish, the more the public opinion slab weighs.

There is a metalanguage that synthesizes mechanical laws and teleological laws into circular and continuous laws.

As phenomena pass to facts, new phenomena arise.

As the principles pass to truths, new principles arise (a posteriori, from bottom to top)

From top to bottom the truths pass at the beginning (a priori)

continuity is god

The truth is God

The only interlocking is God.

In the dialectic is the primeval engine, sometimes setting in synthesis, or falling apart in analysis.

There is progress in some things in history, and involution in others, and amorphous and seemingly immobile mass in most of them beating.

You cannot translate to another if you don't contain all your senses.

And the greatest conscience, from # Plato to #Wittgentein, are complex points of view.

If one gets carried away by God, He takes care of weaving in your favor.

In the potential world, only the “Will to Know”, which is the one that goes against the current in the real world, can be anticipated, as the historical figures are doing, feeding their interests and their love adequately, constituting the aristocracies

In the arrogance, only if “the Will to Know” is clean, is it rewarded with the surrender and obedience to God, true particularism, not needing to count on others, as happened to Moses, Abraham, King David or San Pablo etc, and there, we don't have to worry about anything other than that obedience, because the rest is given to them in addition, in their right measure.

3 strategies for Africa to thrive in this new era of globalization

A quick scan on the internet reveals, however, that Africa has no synthesis centres, which foster collaborative research by bringing interdisciplinary groups of specialists and experts together. This is a huge obstacle to addressing the continent's challenges.

Synthesis centres present a unique opportunity for Africa to assemble its human capital to hypothesize, conduct research, and co-curate solutions for grand challenges, such as unemployment, climate change, and poverty, through interdisciplinary collaboration.

Essentially, Africa would have to connect science to humanity by applying a systems-based approach to problem-solving and opportunities available today. To succeed in this new era of globalization, Africa should adopt these three key strategies:

1. Regional synthesis centres as a critical research infrastructure

Today, there exist over 40 ministries responsible for National Science and Technology policies in Africa. However, there are compelling problems we have to resolve in other to enable these institutions to carry out their mandate.

Africa would have to set up a network of Pan-African regional synthesis centres that offer a unique coalescence of leadership, culture, infrastructure, and support that propels scientific discovery on issues crucial to science and society.
